Getting Started
How do I create my first AI character?+
Go to Characters > New Character. Fill in the basic details (name, age, niche) and our AI will generate a complete personality profile, visual identity, and content strategy for your virtual influencer.
What's included in the character generation?+
Each character includes: psychological profile (MBTI, values, communication style), visual identity guidelines, content themes, posting schedule recommendations, and sample captions.
How do I generate images for my character?+
Once your character is created, go to Generate > Select your character > Choose image type (portrait, full-body, lifestyle). Our AI will create images consistent with your character's visual identity.
Credits & Billing
How do credits work?+
Credits are consumed when you use AI features. Different operations cost different amounts: character creation costs 300 credits, image generation costs 30 credits, spicy image costs 6-8 credits, and AI chat costs 1 credit per message. Your subscription includes monthly credits that refresh each billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
You can purchase additional credit packs from the Settings page. Purchased credits don't expire while your account is active.
Can I get a refund?+
Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days if you waived your cooling-off period during signup and have not consumed credits. After 14 days, no refunds for partial months. Credit packs: non-refundable once credits have been used. For billing disputes, contact billing@influos.app within 7 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Content & Usage
Can I use the generated content commercially?+
Yes! All content generated through your InfluOS subscription is licensed to you for both personal and commercial use, including social media posting, marketing, and monetization.
Do I need to disclose that content is AI-generated?+
We recommend following platform-specific guidelines. Some platforms (Instagram, TikTok) may require disclosure of AI-generated content. Check each platform's current policies.
Can I create NSFW/adult content?+
Yes, InfluOS supports adult content creation in the Spicy section. This content is generated using specialized models and is clearly separated from standard features. You must comply with all applicable laws.
Who owns the generated content?+
You retain ownership of your inputs (descriptions, prompts). AI-generated outputs are licensed to you. We don't claim ownership of your content or use it for training.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?+
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers in the EU, and never share your personal data with third parties except as required for service operation (payment processing, AI generation).
Can I delete my account and data?+
Yes. Contact support to request account deletion. We'll remove your account and all associated data within 30 days, except for billing records required by law.
Do you use my content to train AI?+
No. Your content and prompts are not used to train AI models. They're processed for generation only and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
